The Hill top Ocean breezes and fans are often enough for our guests, but comfort is our priority and air-conditioning is provided in all guest rooms and all indoor social areas of the villas (not in the living area of Casa Tucana).

Stay connected to loved ones, the office or with world events with our complimentary broadband wi-fi located throughout the villas with best signal in the main living room areas.
Private Pool
Take-in the views & wildlife from each Villa’s Private Pool and mini beach area under palm covered umbrellas.

Our Hill top Villas are located on a 400 acre ranch providing spectacular 360 views of the Pacific ocean to the front and undeveloped rainforest to the back.
Full Kitchen
Weather you hire a Private Chef or cook for yourself, each Villa has a fully stocked Kitchen with Oven, Stove top, Refrigerator and all the needed items for cooking.
24/7 Security
Safety is a top priority for us during your stay. We have armed guard at the front entrance to our development as well as at the homes.

Pre-Arrival Concierge
Leave every logistic to us! Our experienced concierge will arrange everything from air/ground transportation to the villa to pre-stocking for an all-inclusive style experience! The concierge will also assist in selecting a chef as well as booking eco tours, adventure activities and spa/massage services.
Private Chef Services
Enjoy Costa Ricann Private chef for lunches/dinners as desired. Villa chefs use only the freshest ingredients with locally- caught seafood served on the dining terrace, pool-side or even on the beach! Have a dietary Restriction? No worries we offer Vegan, GF & Vegetarian options. (Chef services not included).
