THERE'S PLENTY OF SPACE FOR GROUP GATHERINGS AND LOTS OF PRIVACY FOR GUESTS. The Hill top Ocean breezes and fans are often enough for our guests, but comfort is our priority and air-conditioning is provided in all guest rooms and all indoor social areas of the villas (not in the living area of Casa Tucana).

Our Hill top Villas are located on a 400 acre ranch providing spectacular 360 views of the Pacific ocean to the front and undeveloped rainforest to the back. The Estates hill top location make for amazing sunrise and sunset views as well as refreshing ocean breezes keeping you naturally cool.
The Del Pacifico Estate is fully equipped for you to cook for yourselves in each Villa. Each home has a fully stocked Kitchen with Oven, Stove top, Refrigerator and all the needed items for cooking. We also offer partial and all inclusive Private Chef service to make your stay extra relaxing no dishes or cooking needed! Meals will be served in one of our villas group dining areas and cooked in the Chefs kitchen located at the Villa Cielo #1.
Safety is a top priority for us during your stay. We have armed guard at the front entrance to our development as well as at the homes.
