We have a One-time Event Fee that covers the use of the Properties event-sized venue spaces.

The beach! There is no charge for beach weddings & it's a popular option among guests.
THE SITE FEE INCLUDES:
- 1 Villa support staff for your event (for Medium & large events there will be 2 event staff included)
- Use of our Mobile speaker and Wireless Microphone to use at the Ceremony & Reception
- Cocktail bar for wedding reception
- 3 2m hardwood tables with benches, seating 26-30 guests
- 4 White 6 ft Plastic Tables (you will need to rent TB Cloth)
- Bar Menus (can be customized)
- 1 Wedding Welcome sign
- Cake stand and cake cutting utensils
- Bar Area
- Highboy tropical wood table

THE SITE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
